Build A Body Personal Training offers a wide variety of group fitness classes to include (but not limited to):

Mature Muscles Strength & Balance (free for SilverSneakers members)

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10-10:45 a.m.
  • $5 per class or FREE for SilverSneakers members)

Mature Muscles Movement (free for SilverSneakers members)

  • Tuesday 10-10:45 a.m.
  • $5 per class or FREE for SilverSneakers members)

Tai Chi Fit

  • Tuesday 6-7:15 p.m.
  • $10 per class (registration required)

Tai Chi

  • Tuesday 7:30-8:45 p.m.
  • $10 per class (registration required)

Lunch Crunch (strength training at its best)

  • Wednesday 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • $5 per class

Mature Muscles Interval Training (free for SilverSneakers members)

  • Thursday 10-10:45 a.m.
  • $5 per class or FREE for SilverSneakers members)

TurboKick (non-contact kickboxing)

  • Friday 11 a.m.
  • $5 per class

Many group fitness instructors are certified in their respective group fitness class and hold a current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Reminder: Build A Body group fitness classes will be closed when Green Local Schools are closed due to weather conditions.
