A Transformation Guru that has lived it. At 42 years old, I have over 25 years of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. Certified as a Personal Trainer as well as in PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching Techniques. I have a well-rounded background conducive to working as a personal trainer in a Group or One on One setting. My background in fitness began as a student athlete in high school and continued through my college, Semi-Professional & Military careers. I have knowledge of sports specific training for athletic endeavors, such as Football, Soccer, Track, Wrestling, Powerlifting, etc. As well as an understanding of how the body changes as we age. My own health and fitness have been a life-long priority and have led me to constantly seek out new and better ways to train. I have an understanding of various nutritional models including macro counting, intermittent fasting, blood type dieting, and healthy eating, in general. I feel my commitment to my own health and fitness shows and is a visible example of my ability to train an individual to achieve his or her own personal fitness goals. I have helped both men and women achieve their own fitness goals in the past and look forward to sharing my passion for health and fitness with you in the future.
